Finding your driver
Where will my driver meet me at Lisbon Airport?
Your Privora driver meets you inside the terminal building, in the arrivals hall, holding a name board — you do not need to find your way to a car park or a kerbside rank. Look for them at arrivals.
If your flight is delayed
Nothing to do. We track your flight, so your driver works from the actual landing time rather than the time you were scheduled to arrive. A delay does not cost you the transfer and it does not cost you extra.
You then have 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, included in the fare, which covers passport control and baggage reclaim on a normal arrival.
If you cannot find your driver
Do not leave the terminal. Message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference and we will put you and your driver in contact straight away.

How much is a transfer from Lisbon Airport to the city centre?
A private transfer from Lisbon Airport to central Lisbon costs €40 in a Comfort car, €55 in a Premium car and €65 in an X-Class. Each of those is the price of the whole vehicle, one way.
- Comfort — up to 3 passengers, 2 large cases €40
- Premium — up to 3 passengers, 2 large cases €55
- X-Class — up to 7 passengers with hand luggage, or 5 with 5 large bags €65
Tolls, airport parking and your waiting time are already inside the fare, and nothing is added at drop-off.
Is the price per person or per car?
Per car. The fare covers the vehicle and everyone travelling in it, so three people in a Comfort car pay the same €40 that one person would.
There is no fare change on the basis of number of travellers and there is no per-bag charge. Comfort and Premium both are three seaters, a group of four or more travels in the X-Class.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing you need to do. We track your flight, so your driver works from the actual landing time rather than the time you were scheduled to arrive.
A delay more than 60 minutes will be charged at €10 per 30mins, paid to the driver.
How long will the driver wait for me?
Sixty minutes after you land, included in the fare at no extra cost. That is enough to cover passport control and baggage reclaim on a normal arrival.
The 60 minutes run from the moment you land. If it is exceeded, it will be charged at €10 per 30mins, paid to the driver.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes — one child seat is included free with every transfer. Ask for it when you book and tell us the child's age so the right seat is fitted.
The seat is fitted before your driver leaves for the airport, so there is nothing to install at the kerb. If you need more than 1 Child Seats, you can add that at payments page.
How much luggage can I bring?
Comfort and Premium cars take 2 large cases along with up to 3 passengers. The X-Class takes 5 large bags with 5 passengers, or carries 7 passengers travelling with hand luggage only.
Choose your vehicle by your luggage rather than by your head count. Three people with three large cases need the X-Class, not the Comfort car, even though three people fit in either.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your pickup time. You can book early to secure the car and change your mind later without being charged.
Full charge after 24 hours limit, a refund will be processed within 24-72 hours.
How do I pay?
Online on the Website The fare is agreed before you travel, so no money changes hands at the end of the journey.
Extra Waiting Time and Extra Stops will be charged at €10 per 30mins extra waiting and €20 per extra stop.
Does the driver speak English?
Yes. Privora drivers speak English and Portuguese, so you can settle the details of your journey without a translation app.
Your driver also meets you inside the terminal with a name board, so there is no phone call to make on arrival.
How far is Lisbon Airport from the city centre?
Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) is roughly 7 km from central Lisbon. Your fare is fixed whatever the traffic does, so a slow run into the city costs you nothing extra.
