What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing you need to do. We track your flight, so your driver works from the actual landing time rather than the time you were scheduled to arrive.
A delay does not cost you the transfer, and it does not cost you anything extra within the 60 minutes of free waiting time.
How long will the driver wait for me?
Sixty minutes after your landing time, included in the fare at no extra cost. That is enough to cover passport control and baggage reclaim on a normal arrival.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes — one child seat is included free with every transfer. Ask for it when you book and tell us the child's age so the right seat is fitted.
The seat is fitted before your driver leaves for the airport, so there is nothing to install at the kerb. Extra child seats are charged at €5 each.
How much luggage can I bring?
Comfort and Premium cars take 2 large cases along with up to 3 passengers. The X-Class takes 5 large bags with 5 passengers, or carries 7 passengers travelling with hand luggage only.
Choose your vehicle by your luggage rather than by your head count. Three people with three large cases need the X-Class, not the Comfort car, even though three people fit in either. Beach and golf bags count as large items, so mention them when you book.
Which way does the driver go to Cascais?
Along the Marginal coast road or the A5 motorway, whichever is running clear. Your driver decides on the day, so you get the quicker road rather than the one stuck in traffic.
The fare is the same whichever road is taken, and it goes to any address in Cascais — a hotel, a villa or a private home.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your pickup time. You can book early to secure the car and change your mind later without being charged.
How do I pay?
There is nothing to pay the driver. The fare is agreed before you travel, so no money changes hands at the end of the journey. Only last-minute extra stops along the route are charged, at €15 per stop.
